Switch to the 🎯 Final diagnosis tab and commit. Right = bank your points. Wrong = case ends at 0. A correct call straight off the vignette — no tests, no locks — is worth 110 points.
🎯 Accuracy discount: hints you bought while the true answer sat in your locked Top-3 secretly cost half price.
🧠 Plausibility bonus: each locked Top-3 is graded by how many picks match the differential generated for that round. This changes each round based on the hints given, so be sure to update your Top-3! Worth up to a maximum of +10.
If this is wrong, the case ends immediately at 0 points. There is no partial credit.
